Some practitioners may give you protocols to follow but no education on why, so you won’t be able to learn how to spot future health issues.
Follow this protocol
Other practitioners may talk to you only 3 times, once to find out the problem, once to give you a solution through a protocol and once to check the symptoms have gone. With no weekly support you may find that you endure the long list of switches for 4-6 weeks and then give up shortly after you see results (because this is how long the brain can sustain sudden significant amount of changes when fuelled by will power alone).
